After a decade in this industry and over 25 years being an entrepreneur (whew, 25 years was hard to type) - I'm borrowing auntie Oprah's phrase - there are a few things I know for sure:

→ The hustle & grind life is dead (or damn sure should be). There will always be seasons where you must push but what's the use if you can't enjoy what you've built? I've found way more success when I feel free than when I'm sacrificing my health, time or relationships.

→ Money can always feel like an issue, so we have to stop making it one. Whether cash flow is terrifyingly scarce or

it's flowing and you're scared to jinx it or

you have enough to really worry about taxes or

you're scared you won't meet a 6 figure payroll,

it's really the relationship you have with your wealth that welcomes ease & flow.

→ Your genius, creativity, knowledge and beautiful energy is so very needed. People are waiting for you to show up and show out! That may sound cliche but I've watched people lost in imposter syndrome get audacious about what they're being called to do and people's lives have changed as a result.

→ You need other people! I've had coaches save my business, colleagues pull me from the depths of grief to show up as a leader, friends & family volunteer time & energy because they believe in me and clients that make all the time and effort joyfully worth it.

→ None of this is easy but it can be done with ease
