Entrepreneur, let me whisper something Audacious in your ear...
You are an expert & I want you to claim it!This is an example of a RUNWAY training that sprints you closer to your business goals & freedom lifestyle... Most women entrepreneurs are resistant to calling themselves experts despite having more passion, knowledge and experience in the industry they work in. they'll watch other people with less skills get multiple contracts, customers and endless followers while they continue to hustle and wonder what they're doing wrong. Reader, starting now, you have permission to acknowledge and use ALL of what you know & who you are to create impact and make way more money than you have before. The definition of Expertise is: one with the special skill or knowledge representing mastery of a particular subject. https://www.merriam-webster.com When you hear that definition, what comes up for you? Most people start questioning themselves as to whether they have "mastery" in their field. Unlike the past when degrees and certifications were the only proof of expertise, today people rely on online reviews, referrals, social media & influencer marketing. Studies have shown that "85 percent of consumers regularly or occasionally seek out trusted expert content when considering a purchase". What makes them trust the expert content? Confidence and connection. Confidence is derived from competence and belief. You don't have to be at the top of your field to offer your expertise. Let me ask you this: Have you acquired thousands of hours learning and practicing what you know, do others regularly come to you for advice on a specific subject or have you been paid for something you do with mastery (as an employee or entrepreneur)? Most of your customers and clients need knowledge or services just beyond where they are now. Do you already have the expertise to give them the next steps? Yes, you probably do! Do you believe in your business and yourself enough to claim it? Ahhh.
